Since 9th grade, I have mentally decided that I will wear high waisted skirts forever. Everything of mine must be cinched at the waist- no more to be said. The time of low-rise denim skirts has past and now making it's comeback in drop waist dresses. I found this one and took it straight into the fitting room without a second thought. The slim body contrasts the drop waist perfectly which at times may cause reverse effects on the figure. Along with that, the thick spandex wool is somewhat more forgiving as coats and scarfs will be layered on top, adding onto the flare of the skirt instead of pining it out.
A look I'd like to experiment more with, yes.
